Liz Moore – Founder/Managing Director
- Liz [centre] is a veteran
in the Natural Health field and in the Network Marketing industry, having successfully
built a 1600 strong team herself in the early days. Having founded Spectrum Marketing
in 1985 as a direct response to a ‘motivational’ MLM book, Liz has made building
relationships and educating new clients her mission. She has a strong commitment
to self development, applying many of the same principles to Spectrum and her team.
This enables them to grow together and offer the most up to date and informative
service in the industry/business. She has been honoured by The Direct Selling Association
of Australia who, in 1992, appointed Spectrum Marketing their Founder Supplier Member
for books and tapes.
Diane
Barry — Business Manager
- Diane [far left] has extensive
experience in marketing across several industries and has a total commitment to superlative
customer service and building long-term relationships.
Paul Otis
— Sales and Marketing
- Paul [far right] comes with
a very broad experience in sales and business development. With his warm personatlity,
experience from having his own business and his theatre skills as director of many
stage productions, Paul is well placed to support our customers. He really understands
the balance of growing your own business, while learning and supporting your team.
Kordian
— Dispatch and Inwards Goods
- Kordian [second from left]
has good experience with large warehousing and dispatch organisations and has quickly
improved our warehouse and is now working on our freight and delivery. Thanks Kordian,
we look forward to improved delivery and tracking to our customers very soon.
Vanessa
Taylor — Administration and Finance
- Vanessa brings her extensive
experience from many years in administration and support roles in the services industry
and with International companies to coordinate Spectrum’s accounting and purchasing.
Vanessa's keen eye for detail and broad experience, willingness and flexible attitude
make her an invaluable member of Spectrum.
