Troubleshooting Tips

The technology involved in these live conference calls is very reliable, but sometimes people have problems logging into the room, hearing sound, or staying connected. Here's a short list of problems that sometimes occur and suggested action to take to overcome them.

Important — Please understand that if other people in the room are having no difficulty hearing sound or staying connected, the problem is not with the conference call technology. It's closer to home — either with your computer or your Internet connection.
